2.    Bring in your Product for us to certify that the product is in good standing. For large plotters, call us and we’ll come out to you and verify that the plotter is in good standing. Travel charges do apply for those out of city limits. Call us for information regarding cost in coming out to you.
3.     Pay for the warranty service.

Other information:	Can't bring it in? For a small fee Customer covered under our Premium Warranty Plan pay only $20 for our technician to visit if within city limits of Colorado Springs, CO. All others outside city limits only pay a $35 per hour (include return trip) and we'll come and diagnose the problem. If it can't be fixed from the site-visit, the equipment will be taken back to our on-site office(s), then returned when. All Plotters receive two free scheduled cleanings per year. The customer shall call for schedule and our technicians will setup a site-visit time
