Inhouse Warranty Plan
Refurbished or sold thru Hi-Tech Office Services, Inc.:
Hi-Tech Office Services, Inc., automatically applies a 1 year warranty on parts and labor to a fully refurbished product from any of its locations or contracted outlets.
Refurbished Plotters from any of our locations or contracted outlets received the same service as well as 2 free scheduled preventative maintenance checkups and cleanings for the year.
Exceptions:
This Inhouse Warranty plan does not include:
-Installation or set-up of the Equipment
-Attachments, additions, alterations, or modifications by persons other than authorized HTOS service providers
-Any problem not involving a defect in the equipment hardware, including, but not limited to, software problems and errors, programming problems and errors, software incompatibility problems, software installation problems and errors, and operating system problems and errors
-Any problem that cannot be solved by replacement of defective equipment hardware
-Use of any item with the equipment if the item is not designated for use with the equipment.
All Printers and Plotters:
-Any Inkjet Printer that is not fully functional at the Service Plan is purchased by the Customer
-Ink Cartridges, print-heads, paper and any unlisted consumables.
Scheduling:
Call in to schedule your product for repair and bring in a copy of your paid invoice/receipt.
Equipment by others:
For those not purchased from us, no worries! Purchase our warranty plans for purchases not made through Hi-Tech and ease your mind that your plotter is covered.
