Company History

Hi-Tech Office Services has been providing Colorado Springs with HP and Dell service work for years.  Our current customer list contains over 600 companies and individuals, including the school districts, county, city governments, and military installations. We are a smaller company yet we can offer great savings on a more personal level.  We work closely with each customer large or small to assure complete customer satisfaction.

 Patrick Powers has 4 years of experience working with HP products.  He is certified on dozens of products and has maintained these certifications .   Patrick has over 12 years of customer service experience   He is able to repair all major brands of printers, faxes, and scanners.  He is also certified on all Dell products.

David Monterosso has over 18 years experience with HP products.  He is certified on many HP products including HP’s line of plotters.  He has been providing repair services for nearly 22 years on a wide range of electronics. He is also certified on all Dell products.

We also carry Toners for all HP Brand Printers and others upon request.
